If you’re within co-ee of any of our workshops we do urge you to come and join us. The teachings really come alive at a whole new level when women gather together. We love how that happens and we go on learning too. But, most importantly, we have so much fun!

We offer the following workshops in the UK:

  • Reclaim Your Feminine Power, part 1
  • Reclaim Your Feminine Power, part 2
  • Unleash your Creativity: through the power of your menstrual cycle
  • Menopause: unveiling your hidden power

Alexandra also teaches in Italy (in English with translation), for information on these workshops click here where you can find information in Italian and English

Menstruality coaching

Get support for your menstruality journey, experience a coaching session with one of our mentors. These women have all completed the Woman’s Quest Apprenticeship training, and have worked deeply with their own cycles. With their presence and guidance, you’ll be able to enter into a deeper level of awareness and experience of the potential and power of your cycle and therefore of yourself.

We offer the Women’s Quest Apprenticeship training – an in-depth programme exploring the initiatory process of the menstrual cycle and the journey from menarche to menopause. It runs over two residentials – 10 full days altogether – and also includes 3 coaching sessions, listening partnerships, a closed community group, and a comprehensive manual outlining the psychological and spiritual powers of the menstrual cycle. The training is open to any woman who wants to explore deeply the uniquely female initiatory path, and is the foundation for teaching and coaching in the field of menstruality. Our aim is to support you in finding your own authority and unique expression of this work

And if you can’t make any of these in-person options then check out our Online stuff. We offer a starter series of four online courses to lay the foundations and develop your inner knowledge of the menstrual cycle. The follow on series goes deeper and explores the initiatory journey from menarche to menopause and beyond.
