Purpose: To provide administrative, technical, communications, product delivery and customer service support.

Red School is a U.K. based company seeking a part-time Virtual Assistant (up to 10 hours a week) who has a background in customer service, technical support, social media and general administration.
You’ll be our virtual ‘front desk’ person, giving people their first impression of Red School and as such, you’ll have excellent communication skills and experience in online customer service and support.
You’ll be precise, methodical, and technically-minded, as well as caring, sympathetic and patient. You must be self-motivated, resilient and energized when working in a detailed environment as well as possess excellent organizational, written, and interpersonal skills.

This position is a short term contract with a duration of three months. With the potential a renewable ongoing contract. Access to the internet and a computer is required to perform the job functions.
You will need to be available to attend an online interview during the week starting Oct 8th. The position start date is October 15th 2018.
