Fredereka offers online one to one menstruality sessions that are informed by the Red School cosmology. Her work as a movement teacher and Menstruality Mentor are informed by her background as a bodyworker and mental health professional. She is passionate about the tranformative power of living a Menstrual Cycle Aware life.
