Louise's background is in managing large scale theatre and circus shows; and for over a decade, she was a card holding member of the overworked-hustlers club.

Through dedication to her cycle awareness practice, Louise completely transformed her life; and now she's on a mission to help others do the same. Her passion, enthusiasm and deep love for this work knows no bounds.

Louise is now back on tour with Cirque du Soleil, and in true circus fashion she's juggling her work there with continuing to lead workshops for organisations around the world as Red School's Cycle Aware Workplace Facilitator - mostly online, but if you see that the circus is in town, you might be lucky enough to get a workshop in person!

Her special skill is getting men excited (even jealous!) about the menstrual cycle, so if you're worried about introducing the men in your life to MCA, Louise is the one to call!
