Ruby is the Community Leader for the graduates of the Menstruality Leadership Programme here at Red School. 

As a graduate of the Menstruality Leadership Programme herself, she’s committed to midwifing a world in which cyclical awareness is integrated into the way we relate to and shape it. At heart, she is an activist, and her passion lies in seeing cycle awareness as a tool for systems change. In her own personal journey and in offering this work to others, it became clear that cultivating community was a necessary ingredient, and in 2019 she founded Know Your Flow: a community centered around the practice of MCA, with over 60 members from 12 different countries.

Ruby brings her  experience of this, along with her years of embodied activism, facilitation and menstrual cycle awareness to support the ongoing evolution of our Red School Community as a hub of Care — cultivating friendship and support; Learning — ongoing personal and professional development; and Action — collaboration and support of each others’ action in the world.
