With a background working with sexuality and women's empowerment, Ruby trained with the Red School in 2017, and completed the MMC certification in 2022. An activist at heart, championing a world in which the wisdom of cycles is woven into the way we relate and create, Ruby facilitates one-to-one sessions, virtual and in person groups. She is the author of 'Know Your Flow: Menstrual Cycle Awareness for Personal and Planetary Revolution'.
