Not always easy but utterly essential, it’s time to say No. You are saying ‘no’ to all the things that aren’t you, that don’t work for you. You’re re-establishing your boundaries again which can often get overstretched in the ‘summer’ of the cycle, and any old time for that matter. ‘No’ is the high art of discernment in action. You are in a refining moment of your life, casting out the non-essential, the dross, so that you can get to the kernel of who you are. It is very powerful and you do need to be conscious around this energy otherwise it come out as reactivity, criticism, frustration and even anger or rage. But get on board with it and you’ll find it potentially very freeing.
